    Saturday + Holiday Weekends: $8,000

    Friday + Sunday: $6,000

    6 hour minimum rental + janitorial services included

    Additional Requirements

    • An event coordinator is required to ensure your event runs smoothly.

    • Day-of event insurance is required for added peace of mind.

    • In-House Florist: Create breathtaking floral designs tailored to your vision, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect.

    • Curated Vendor List: From photographers to DJs to bartenders, we provide a trusted list of professionals to make your day seamless and stress-free.

    Please note: All additional services are offered at an additional cost and are not included in the venue rental.

  • Whitewood Hollow is the perfect spot for a micro-wedding or elopement with up to 30 guests. Enjoy all the charm of a full celebration on a smaller, more intimate scale, surrounded by close family and friends in our spacious barn.

    • Full use of the Barn and Property for up to 4 Hours with an Additional 1 Hour Rehearsal or Walk Through the Day Prior, if Needed.

    Pricing

    • 10 guests: $4,900

    • 20 guests: $6,775

    • 30 guests: $8,650

    • 30 guests maximum, including children. If guest count exceeds 30 individuals, a revised contractual agreement and fee structure will be submitted.

    Add On Services

    • Champagne Toast (price dependent on guest count)

    • Additional Venue Hours, two (2) maximum, $450 per hour

    5-Hour Minimum Booking Required

    • Weekday (Mon–Thurs): $350/hour + $200 janitorial fee

    • Weekend (Fri–Sun): $450/hour + $200 janitorial fee

  • Photo + Video Shoots at Whitewood Hollow

    Hourly Rate:$200/hour

    Minimum Booking: 2 hours

    Capture stunning photos or videos with full access to our 6.5-acre property, including the serene pond, picturesque outdoor spaces, and the rustic charm of the barn. Whether you’re shooting an engagement session, branding content, or a styled shoot, Whitewood Hollow offers endless opportunities for breathtaking backdrops.

    What’s Included:

    • Full access to the entire property during your reserved time.

    • A 2-hour minimum, including set-up and breakdown time.

    • Flexibility to rearrange barn furniture as needed (client is responsible for returning items to their original locations).

    Additional Fees:

    • A $200 janitorial fee applies when using the barn facilities or indoor spaces for longer than 2 hours.

    Professional licensed and insured photographers and videographers only.

Food + Beverage

  • Our fully-equipped commercial kitchen is available for your event. If you’d like to bring in an outside caterer, just let us know—our team will need to approve it, and a rental fee and deposit for kitchen use will apply. You also have the option to use our in-house catering provided by Milk & Honey Food Co.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol for your event! Just keep in mind that it needs to be served by an ABC-licensed bartender. We’re happy to help with this—just ask us about our preferred bar vendors, and we can add them to your event package to make planning easier.
